PARTNERS - Terms and Conditions
Please read our terms and conditions
before agreeing to become a Partner. If you you have any questions

1. The
'Partner' agreement shall take effect from the date a signed
registration form is received and shall continue for an initial
period of one year, and from year to year thereafter or unless
terminated by either party giving not less than thirty days
written notice.
2. The 'Partner'
hereby undertakes to promote and sell 4FrontMedia's products
to the best of their ability, whilst maintaining 4FrontMedia's'
reputation for high levels of service and quality products
and services.
3. The 'Partner'
may sell all 4FrontMedia's products. The 'Partner' discounted
price structure applies to all products and services except
dial up connectivity services, setup charges and hardware.
4.. Unless
otherwise stated the 'Partner' undertakes to invoice their
customers direct for 4FrontMedia's Products and Services.
Partners are permitted to resell 4FrontMedia's Products and
Services at any price.
5. Subject
to status, the 'Partner' will receive extended payment terms
of 30 days nett. However where a Partner fails to pay within
the extended period 4FrontMedia reserves the right to take
action according to the 'Partner' terms and conditions. Where
the 'Partner' status does not allow 4FrontMedia to extend
terms, 4FrontMedia will require full payment for products
and services prior to set up for at least 6 months. After
6 months the 'Partner' can request a credit review based on
payment history. 4FrontMedia make no guarantees that extended
terms will be offered after such a review.
6. All 'Partner'
orders are subject to 4FrontMedia's prevailing service level
agreements and standard business terms and conditions. The
'Partner' may not adjust these agreements and terms to a third
party and if so determined 4FrontMedia will deem this to be
a breach of the 'Partner' terms and conditions sufficient
to terminate the agreement. 4FrontMedia will not be legally
bound by any such amendments.
7. All 'Partners'
and their customers must comply with 4FrontMedia's standard
business and acceptable use policy. Where there is a breach
of these terms by either the 'Partner' or their customer,
4FrontMedia reserves the right terminate the 'Partners' agreement.
8. Where
promotional or advertising material make claims to 4FrontMedia
or its Products and Services, the 'Partner will be required
to obtain approval from 4FrontMedia prior to release and use.
This includes service level agreements (SLA's).
9. 4FrontMedia
reserves the right to reasonably vary these terms and conditions
at any time, notice will be given in writing by email or via
the 'Partner' area of this web site.
10. 4FrontMedia
will provide Product / Service information and quotes for
'Partners' only and will not sell direct to 'Partners' customers,
where identified.
11. Where
Products and Services require, 4FrontMedia will provide the
same level of Technical Support as if the 'Partners' Customer
were its own Customer.
12. Non
disclosure: 'Partners' may not pass on information obtained
through their participation in the 'Partner' program to third
parties other than as is required in order to facilitate Products
and Services with 4FrontMedia. (Information includes -non
exclusive list; privilege information obtained through Partners
news letter, emails, web site facilitation of relationship
includes details of product lines to clients prior to sale).
A breach of this term will result in the termination of the
'Partners' agreement.
13. The
'Partner' agrees to guarantee a minimum of £1,000 of
sales per year (based upon the pre-register price list (excluding
the VAT).
14. All
terms and conditions have to be agreed upon by a legally bound
representative of the company that seeks to be a 'Partner'.
15. This
Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The 'Partner' hereby agrees to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction
of the English Courts.
16. The
'Partner' hereby undertakes that they have read and understood
and accepts the terms of this Agreement.
